Improving accessibility for insulin management
Exploring how we might increase the accessibility for managing diabetic treatment in different environments by normalising insulin use and improving user security.
Individual section

A double-walled container to store heat or cold packs, which helps regulate the temperature of stored insulin pens in uncertain climates. Accessible padding also provides relief for finger pain common when testing blood sugar levels. Temperature tracking history also provides users with confidence that their insulin is safe to use.
Final group section
Final Prototype and Design
A modular lunch box, which secures insulin in a separate compartment, and uses Peltier technology to cool insulin and heat food when needed.
